Pain Points
This small realtor/lending company is a long time users of Google Workspace. They collect a lot of sensitive documents from their clients. They were using "Dropbox” via third-party websites where their clients upload their financial documents for loan approval.
Their Google Workspace account got hacked a few months back and faced credibility loss with their clientele. Now the company wants to ensure client confidentiality for all the highly sensitive documents stored in Google Drive.
The Solution
Clients need to create their own free GarbleCloud Platform account using their Google account to have access to the company secure Google Drive folder.
This company discovered GarbleCloud via web search and signed up. They tried a few other encryption product solutions but did not continue to use it. Their usability was a huge challenge for them. These data security products wouldn’t allow them to open their encrypted documents and encountered other issues too causing discontinuation of these security tools.
The Results
