Warning: This is feature is only available to Paid GarbleCloud Users.


In small and large organizations GarbleCloud allows you to Request a New Passphrase from the administrator of your organization. If you would like to change your passphrase, the administrator must accept the Passphrase change request before the user can change their password.


How to Request a New Password

Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.


Select MANAGE ACCOUNT from the dropdown, then select REQUEST NEW PASSPHRASE from the second dropdown menu.


Enter your New GarbleCloud passphrase then enter it a second time to confirm.

 


Your Passphrase Request will then be sent to your administrator for review.


Note: Your administrator will not be able to see what your passphrase is at any time. DO NOT share your passphrase with anyone.
