Your GarbleCloud Passphrase is required to perform any actions on encrypted files. Your passphrase should be unique and something you are unlikely to forget. In the event that you Forgot your Passphrase you may reset it within GarbleCloud or if you are a part of an organization, you may Request a Passphrase Change.
If you Forgot your Passphrase
If you forgot your GarbleCloud Passphrase, click on the Settings icon on the upper right corner and select FORGOT GARBLECLOUD PASSPHRASE under the dropdown menu of MANAGE ACCOUNT.
Answer the Passphrase recovery questions, which you had set up at when you created your Passphrase originally, and enter your new GarbleCloud Passphrase.
Once you have answered the recover questions correctly and created a new GarbleCloud Passphrase, you are all set!
