With the GarbleCloud application working across multiple Cloud Accounts, one of the problems that can arise is the inability to search encrypted files from the new Cloud Account. Indexing your Cloud Account files, other than your main Google Drive Account, allows for quick and easy searching of these files via our search function. This is a back-end system process that will store your file indexing data safely in a special folder within your Google Drive and make it searchable whenever you need to look for a file. This does not affect or modify your original files in any way, so they stay the way they are.


How to Index Account Files across Clouds

To Index Files across Cloud Accounts, select the GEARS icon in the top right bar below your profile. Click on MANAGE ACCOUNT then INDEX ACCOUNT FILES in the second drop-down menu.


Select the Cloud Account you want to Index and click the INDEX NOW button to confirm.
