Your GarbleCloud Passphrase is required to perform any actions on encrypted files. Your passphrase should be unique and something you are unlikely to forget. You may reset your passphrase within GarbleCloud or if you are a part of an organization, you may Request a Passphrase Change.
How to Reset your GarbleCloud Passphrase
Navigate to the RESET PASSPHRASE menu option under the SETTINGS icon drop down, as shown below.
In the overlay that appears enter your old GarbleCloud Passphrase and the new GarbleCloud Passphrase that you wish to switch to. Click the RESET button when done.
Once your enter your new and existing password, you are all set!
